Dishes that you’ll find in our menu are a combination of reliable culinary recipes and a charm of home cooking. We don’t use microwave ovens, flavor enhancers or margarine.
We produce everything by ourselves using fresh, high-quality products.

Aromatic and nourishing soup, which represents one of the most distinct and traditional dishes of Georgian cuisine. One can’t forget the taste as well as compare with something else. Main ingridients are walnuts and rice.

Poltavski Galushki 15/20 zł
Steamed dumplings made using only kefir and flour. We serve them baked in sour cream sauce with mushrooms and onions.
The quality of this dish is particularly preserved by our sous-chef,
who comes straight from Poltava.

The Crimean specialty which consists of triangular patties baked using special kind of puff-pastry. They are filled with mushrooms, onions and bryndza cheese.
We serve them with original sauce, based on sour cream and pickled cucumbers.

Plov (Pilaf) with mutton* 24/31 zł
Our recipe is an ultimate version based on multitude of different recipies obtained during our journeys to Uzbekistan.
Plov is none other than an aromatic specialty of mystical small ancient villages soaked in dry sunlight and noisy swarming markets.
It consists of rice, stewed with 1st class mutton meat cut to pieces and original mix of spices. Served with ajika - spicy georgian dip.

Robust version of rabbit dish - baked in cream sauce, served with purée made of cooked potatoes, seasoned with pear. It is delicate dish with subtle tinge of luscious spices.

Conﬁt duck leg, that is served on a bed of Banosh, accompanied by berry wine sauce. This time-consuming method of cooking poultry meat makes it extremely tender and extracts natural sweetness, while sauce adds a bit of a tangy berry nuance to the dish.
